Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation claimsSIP certification required
  • Proven ability to analyze complex claims data, translating findings into strategic, actionable recommendations
  • In-depth understanding of relevant Workers' Compensation guidelines, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience utilizing various claims database management systems
  • Key Contributions:
  • Create presentations for training purposes on all updates on policies, workers' compensation laws, and procedures
  • Maintain a current and comprehensive action plan for all assigned indemnity claims
  • Ensure timely completion of all claim file activities
  • Oversee all internal and external audits
  • Comprehensive understanding of the California Labor Code as it applies to workers' compensation claims
