The Role:
- Choose between two development pathways: Reliability Engineering or Maintenance Planning
- Receive specialist training in SAP, Lean, reliability, maintenance processes, work order management, and industrial equipment
- Work closely with maintenance, production, and engineering teams while gaining significant shop-floor experience
- The Person:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or similar
- Interested in pursuing either Reliability Engineering or Maintenance Planning
- Looking for extensive technical training and long-term engineering career progression
