Key Responsibilities:
The Office Coordinator works alongside every team at MarketStreet: Development, Accounting, Property Management, Marketing, and Executive Leadership, serving as a steady point of connection and support for the whole company while supporting the Director of Operations in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers Keep office supplies, kitchen inventory, and common areas fully stocked and organized Maintain office equipment (copiers, postage machines, shredders) in good working order Support in keeping the company's daily operations organized and moving smoothly Coordinate meeting logistics, catering, and office events, including conference room setup Support executives and department leaders with calendars, travel, and document signatures Coordinate mail and deliveries, and maintain office systems Coordinate between ownership, property management, vendors, and tenants on requests Manage new-hire onboarding, including paperwork, workstation setup, and office access Support one-off and ongoing projects across the firm as needed
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, or executive support role
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience supporting executives with calendar management and travel coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred Attributes
- Experience in commercial real estate, property management, or a multi-department office environment
- Experience in Yardi
- Proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to anticipate needs
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information
