About the role
Hark is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to lead structuring and negotiation of key hardware, carrier and distribution partnerships. You will shape commercial models for wireless operators, device distribution, retail channels, and connectivity arrangements while aligning with product and operations. Candidate will partner with Product, Engineering, Privacy and Security teams to manage regulatory risk and craft scalable contract templates for rapid growth in a global market.
