About the role

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on corporate gifting and promotional markets. Identify and acquire new B2B customers, including: Corporate gift program managers Promotional products distributors Incentive and recognition companies Fortune 1000 procurement teams Marketing agencies Employee engagement providers Loyalty and rewards companies Build and maintain relationships with purchasing managers, HR departments, marketing executives, and sourcing professionals. Present product lines through virtual meetings, in-person presentations, and trade shows. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through order fulfillment and post-sale account management. Collaborate with marketing to develop customized corporate gift solutions and seasonal promotional programs. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close profitable business while maintaining company margin objectives. Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging corporate gifting opportunities. Represent the company at industry trade shows, promotional products expos, and corporate gifting events.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).5+ years of successful B2B sales and existing relationships within the promotional products, corporate gifting, or incentive marketplace is required. Demonstrated ability to develop new business and consistently exceed sales quotas. Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Willingness to travel for customer meetings and trade shows. Experience with holiday gifting programs and large-volume seasonal orders. Knowledge of private labeling, custom packaging, and branded promotional products. Experience managing enterprise or national accounts. Familiarity with sourcing, logistics, and inventory planning.
