Tech-driven platform and marketing support to help you close more loans Fast closings and investor-friendly lending solutions What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like Make a minimum of 100 outbound dials per day or complete at least two hours of talk time while connecting with company-provided leads. Take complete loan applications from prospective borrowers and accurately collect all required information. Follow up consistently with new and existing clients to move loans through the pipeline. Price loan scenarios and structure deals using our wide range of loan programs, including DSCR, Non-QM, and Conventional. Work closely with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure smooth and timely transactions. Maintain accurate notes and manage your pipeline using our CRM and mortgage technology. Build long-term client relationships while consistently working toward monthly production goals.
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Loan Officers Experience in mortgage lending Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to meet daily call and talk-time expectations Ability to take complete and accurate loan applications Motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment Pay Structure Base salary plus commission
