About the role

HCSC is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and build high-quality learning solutions that translate established strategies into engaging, scalable learner experiences. You will own the development lifecycle, applying instructional design, visual storytelling, and Articulate/Vyond tools with input from SMEs and stakeholders. The role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 remote) with compensation between $63,300 and $114,300, depending on skills, experience, and location.
