About the role
To support a growing network of virtual education, the remote South Carolina Certified Educator will deliver instruction, develop lesson plans, and engage students while working as a 1099 Independent Contractor with flexible hours.
Key responsibilities:
Access the educator portal to select job openings that match certification
Teach the school's curriculum on the district's virtual platform and develop aligned lesson plans
Engage and nurture student learning through relationship-focused strategies and track performance
Required qualifications:
Valid South Carolina Teacher Certification and authorization to work in the United States
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university
Access to a laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet
Participation in a virtual skills teaching demonstration and submission of a background check
