Asphalt Sales EstimatorCaliber Paving is expanding into Arizona and is looking for an experienced Asphalt Sales Estimator to help grow our Phoenix market.This role is ideal for someone who understands asphalt paving, maintenance, sealcoat, crackfill, striping, and parking lot rehabilitation, and who is comfortable working directly with property managers, owners, contractors, and commercial clients.The right person will be part estimator, part sales professional, and part relationship builder.About Caliber PavingCaliber Paving is an established asphalt paving company with nearly 40 years of experience serving commercial, industrial, HOA, multifamily, retail, and property management clients. As we expand into Arizona, we are building a strong local team focused on quality work, clear communication, and long-term customer relationships.Position SummaryThe Asphalt Sales Estimator will be responsible for generating opportunities, walking job sites, preparing estimates, presenting proposals, following up with customers, and helping convert qualified leads into profitable work.This position requires someone who can evaluate pavement conditions, understand customer needs, build accurate scopes of work, and communicate solutions clearly.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage sales opportunities in the Phoenix metro areaMeet with property managers, owners, general contractors, HOAs, and commercial clientsWalk job sites and assess asphalt conditionsPrepare scopes and estimates for paving, patching, sealcoat, crackfill, striping, and related servicesMeasure sites using tools such as Google Earth, takeoff software, site maps, and field measurementsBuild clear proposals that explain the recommended workFollow up on open bids and move opportunities through the sales processCoordinate with operations to ensure estimates are accurate and work can be produced profitablyMaintain customer communication before, during, and after the saleTrack activity, pipeline, bid status, and sales performanceRepresent Caliber Paving professionally in the Arizona marketIdeal CandidateHas experience in asphalt paving, pavement maintenance, construction estimating, or related construction salesUnderstands parking lot repairs, paving, sealcoat, crackfill, striping, ADA layouts, and basic pavement conditionsIs comfortable selling to property managers, HOAs, commercial owners, and contractorsCan walk a job site, identify issues, and recommend practical solutionsHas strong follow-up habits and can manage multiple bids at one timeCommunicates clearly and professionallyIs organized, self-motivated, and accountableWants to help grow a new market with an established companyQualificationsAsphalt, paving, construction, or property service sales experience preferredEstimating experience strongly preferredAbility to read site plans, aerial maps, or basic construction drawings helpfulValid driver's license requiredComfortable using CRM, email, spreadsheets, and measuring toolsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently in the field and as part of a teamHow to ApplyInterested candidates should submit a rsum and brief summary of their asphalt, estimating, construction, or sales experience.Caliber Paving is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
