Business Owner at On Time Delivery & Installation Services, LLC Company: Creations by Daniel, LLC (CxD)Location:Office-based with daily field coordinationPay Range:$18–$24 per hour (based on experience)Monthly Bonus: Based on performanceCompany Vehicle: Provided after training periodSchedule:Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed) Job Summary The Assistant to the Operations Manager supports daily operations for CxD's appliance, furniture, and white-glove delivery and installation services. This role is responsible for keeping routes, teams, documentation, and issue resolution organized and on track. You will work closely with field leaders, drivers, installers, and customer service to ensure jobs are completed correctly, on time, and to CxD standards. This is a fast‐paced, detail‐driven role that requires follow‐up, communication, and problem‐solving.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations Support Assist with daily route execution for appliance, furniture, and specialty installs Monitor stops, job status, delays, and completions in CxD systems Support coverage changes due to call‐outs, truck issues, or reschedules Ensure teams have correct job notes, site details, and install requirements Field Team Coordination Act as a support contact for drivers, installers, helpers, and field leaders Verify required job documentation (Before & after photos) Track attendance, late arrivals, and missed documentation Issue Tracking & Reporting Log and follow up on returns and reschedules Assist with daily reports sent to field leaders and management Ensure issues are closed out and documented properly Compliance & Admin Support Maintain shared trackers and operational logs Coordinate with customer service and operations leadership Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years experience in appliance, furniture, operations, logistics, dispatch, or field support Strong organization and follow‐up skills Clear and professional communication (phone, text, email) Comfortable working with multiple teams and priorities Attention to detail is non‐negotiable Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‐time Job function Administrative
