Job Description? NOW HIRING: PAINT LINE / INDUSTRIAL FINISHING - 10 OPENINGS! ?Aurora and Streetsboro, OH ? $20-$21/hour Champion Personnel is hiring 10 Paint Line / Industrial Finishing Associates for in Aurora and Streetsboro! We have opportunities in Epoxy Coating, Powder Coating, and Silver Plating. Candidates with previous painting, coating, plating, metal finishing, or manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply! ? 1st Shift - 5 Openings Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM ? $20.00/hour ? 2nd Shift - 5 Openings Monday-Thursday | 2:00 PM-12:30 AM ? $21.00/hour ? 3-day weekends!

What You'll Be Doing: Depending on your assigned area, responsibilities may include:

Applying epoxy coatings to manufactured components
Performing powder coating and assisting with the finishing process
Working with silver plating processes
Preparing metal surfaces for coating, plating, or finishing
Hanging, loading, unloading, and handling parts on the paint/finishing line
Inspecting finished parts for proper coverage and overall quality
Identifying defects or areas requiring touch-up
Following work instructions and production specifications
Safely handling parts and materials throughout the finishing process
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
