About the role

Restoration Technician Ready 5 Restoration provides 24/7 emergency water, fire, smoke, contents, and mold remediation services across Coastal Florida. We're expanding and looking for a skilled, customer-focused Restoration Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Water mitigation, fire, and/or mold remediation work
Operate remediation and drying equipment and a Ready5 service vehicle
Use mobile devices for job documentation
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude
Work flexible hours, including after-hours emergency response

Requirements:

Preferred 2–3 years of experience in mitigation/construction
Valid, insurable Florida driver's license
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied environments (tight spaces, heights, outdoor conditions, fumes—with provided safety gear)
Organizational skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
