About the role
Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex technical programs from planning through execution and delivery.
Partner with engineering, infrastructure, architecture, product, and other cross-functional teams to drive program objectives.
Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps.
Drive enterprise software delivery, cloud migration, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes while ensuring timely resolution.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support delivery using Agile and SAFe methodologies.
Provide clear program status, metrics, and progress updates to executive stakeholders.
Coordinate across multiple teams and manage competing priorities in large enterprise environments.
Identify opportunities to improve program delivery processes, governance, and execution.
Use tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet to track program progress and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience leading complex technical programs involving software engineering, cloud infrastructure, application development, and cross-functional technology teams.
Strong experience in Technical Program Management and enterprise software delivery.
Hands-on experience with cloud migration and infrastructure modernization programs.
Strong understanding of SDLC and modern software delivery practices.
Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering and technology teams.
Experience working in large enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies; SAFe experience is highly desirable.
Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong experience in risk, issue, and dependency management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, and/or Smartsheet.
Preferred Qualifications
Federal or government experience.
E-commerce industry experience.
SAFe certification or experience working in a SAFe environment.
