About the role

Resolution Think, LLC seeks a full-time Athletic Trainer to join the Holistic Health and Fitness team at Fort Leavenworth, KS, starting September 2026. The AT will deliver MSK care, injury prevention, and performance optimization for brigade and battalion units, under supervision where required, in diverse environments. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in athletic training, CAATE accreditation, and US citizenship.
