5 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants As Mobile Device Administrator , you’ll work with team members to complete annual inventory and mobile device deployment, with the goal of assisting the continuous improvement of IT Services to our government customer. What you’ll do: Work with team members to complete annual inventory and mobile device deployment Provide troubleshooting and support to end users Support laptops, tablets, and other mobile devices daily Update reports and documentation Integrate lessons learned into processes and procedures What you’ll need to succeed: An active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance At least 3 years of experience with mobile devices, including laptops and tablets At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing and fast-paced environment Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting IT issues, providing end-user support, asset management, and securing mobile devices Understanding managing tickets, communicating via email, and proficiency with MS Excel Strong attention to detail, process improvement, and accountability Note: If a salary range is posted, it represents the typical range for this position and is one component of MetroStar's total compensation.
