About the role
Leading strategic governance and performance management efforts, the full-time Principal Strategic Advisor, Health Plan Strategy will ensure organizational priorities translate into measurable business outcomes while working remotely in North Carolina.
Key responsibilitiesLead strategic governance and performance management processes to align Health Plan and enterprise priorities
Facilitate strategic performance planning, business reviews, and governance forums to support executive decision-making
Develop and maintain performance frameworks, scorecards, KPIs, and reporting to measure progress against objectivesRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
8+ years of experience in a related field, or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
Progressive experience in strategic planning, performance management, or healthcare strategy preferred
Experience supporting executive leadership teams and governance forums
Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills
