About the role
PGTEK is seeking experienced Data Center Hardware Support Technicians to join our nationwide deployment and support team. You will perform onsite hardware diagnostics, repairs, and component replacements in enterprise data centers across the United States.
This travel-heavy role requires hands-on work with Dell PowerEdge servers, a willingness to travel 60-70% and lift up to 50 pounds. You will collaborate with remote eng teams and document all work performed.
