Job Description:
Frank Darling is a fast-growing fine jewelry company building a new finishing shop in New York City, and we’re hiring jewelers, setters, polishers, and administrative team members to join us from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an entirely in-house, end-to-end production process—from design through final finish—inside our exceptional NYC facility. Every piece we produce is designed and fabricated on-site, giving our team unmatched visibility into how high-end jewelry is truly made. You’ll work closely with top industry professionals, earn competitive, top-tier pay, and have real opportunities to grow—whether deepening your bench expertise or developing into an administrative or leadership role as the shop scales. This role requires a strong understanding of high-end precious jewelry mountings, along with a commitment to craftsmanship, precision, and collaboration.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Apply intermediate-to-advanced setting techniques across bridal and fine jewelry Set precious and semi-precious stones across a variety of shapes and setting styles Work confidently in platinum, gold, and silver Requirements and
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in fine jewelry production or a related role Deep knowledge of jewelry materials, including gemstones, diamonds, and precious metals Highly organized, execution-focused, and detail-oriented Strong time management skills with a high level of accountability Able to adapt quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Must be available to work on-site at our NYC location Job Details: Full-time on-site role located in New York City Office hours are 8 AM to 4 PM
