Job Description
Responsibilities: Lead global operations, manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain strategy. Develop and execute long-term operational plans aligned with company objectives. Improve operational performance through Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive productivity gains, cost reduction efforts, and profitability improvements. Optimize on-time delivery performance and reduce manufacturing backlogs. Partner with Sales, Engineering, HR, and other business functions to support organizational goals. Implement operational excellence systems, KPIs, and best practices across facilities. Lead technology adoption and operational innovation initiatives. Manage global operational projects and support business expansion efforts. Build, develop, and mentor high-performing operations teams. Ideal Candidate: 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. Proven experience leading multi-site and/or global manufacturing operations. Strong background in supply chain management, procurement, and operational excellence. Demonstrated success implementing Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs. Track record of improving productivity, delivery performance, and operational efficiency. Strategic leader with strong business acumen and cross-functional leadership capabilities. Experience managing large teams and driving organizational change in complex environments. Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree is a plus.
