About the role

The Boyd Group is seeking an Auto Collision Prepper to support our high-volume collision repair operations. You will prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, applying fillers and performing light disassembly/reassembly following standardized processes. You’ll ensure surfaces are clean and properly prepped, maintain a safe and organized work area, and support high-quality, on-time repairs.
