About the role
Via is seeking a Partner Success Associate to work with school districts, transportation directors, and operators across the U.S. You will build trusted relationships, analyze performance data, and drive renewals and expansions to fuel growth in the Student Transit vertical. You'll collaborate with product, operations, deployment, and marketing teams to advocate for partner needs and deliver clear updates to diverse stakeholders, while traveling up to 50% of the time.
