Therapy Source is seeking an Intervention Specialist to deliver in-person support for elementary charter school students. This full-time position is available for the upcoming school year. Position Details$55,000/year Full-Time Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PMElementary Students Pull-out service model

Qualifications: Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license (Resident Educator, Professional, Senior, or Lead)School certification in Ohio Current required clearances (or willingness to obtain)Individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities: May Include Providing specially designed instruction aligned to student needs Monitoring student progress and adjusting instruction using data Creating a positive, structured learning environment Supporting students, families, and general education staff Coaching students in self-regulation and organizational skills Developing effective IEPs with measurable outcomes Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings Enjoy scheduling flexibility, impressive hourly rates, and amazing support from our dedicated account team!
