SALESFORCE PROGRAM MANAGERThe role Own complex, high-risk client delivery engagements end to end, from kickoff through closeout. You'll run governance, report to executives, manage risk, and coach other PMs. Up to $160,000, with 20-30% travel to client sites across the United States.
What you'll do:
Lead multi-workstream engagements, sales handoff to stabilization Own the integrated plan: scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources Run steering committees and executive reporting Manage RAID logs, change control, and escalations Own budgets, forecasts, and financial variance Coach and review the work of other PMsTech environment Salesforce and Certinia PSA. You need to understand these well enough to govern the work, not configure it. Certinia experience is a plus.
Requirements:
8+ years leading client-facing technology or professional services delivery Track record independently leading complex, multi-workstream enterprise-tech implementations Experience owning scope, budget, risk, and vendor/stakeholder coordination Experience presenting to executives and steering committees Comfortable leading hard conversations on scope, budget, or timelines Willingness to travel 20-30% to client sites in the USBachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Nice to have:
PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or PRINCE2 Salesforce certifications or ecosystem experience Certinia PSA experience, a plus Background leading data migration, UAT, or org-change workstreams Compensation Up to $160,000 Why take it Small, ambitious team, high ownership, no bureaucracy between you and the outcome.
