Purchasing & Production Coordinator – Elevate Merch Corp Nashville, TN (710 Massman Drive) · Full-Time · On-Site About Elevate Elevate Merch Corp is a music merchandise company built for artists. We run official artist storefronts, tour merch, e-commerce fulfillment, screen printing, and warehouse operations for a roster of chart-topping artists across pop, R&B, hip-hop, and worship music. When a tour launches or an album drops, we're the team making sure the right merch is in the right place at the right time.
The Role: Behind every merch table and webstore drop is a lot of purchasing and production work. We're looking for an organized, detail-obsessed coordinator to work alongside our purchasing lead and get product from blank to finished goods, on time and on budget. You'll also help keep our entire facility running by managing the supplies our team depends on every day. If you've worked in apparel, promo products, or merch and you like keeping a lot of moving pieces under control, this is your seat.
What You'll Do: Request and compare quotes from suppliers and decorators to get the best price and turnaround Create and place purchase orders with blank apparel suppliers and finished-goods vendors Coordinate decoration POs with our screen-print and embellishment partners, including jobs where the decorator supplies blanks and jobs where we ship blanks to them Track blanks, production, and decorated goods from order to delivery, and flag delays before they become problems Monitor quality at each production stage and work with vendors to resolve issues Coordinate with sales and design teams to confirm product specs, art, and timelines match what was promised to the client Support demand planning and forecasting for tours, drops, and storefront replenishment Purchase and maintain stock of supplies for the whole facility, including screen printing, warehouse, shipping, and office supplies Keep PO records, vendor confirmations, ship dates, and inventory data accurate and current Prepare regular production and order-status reports for leadership Identify ways to improve our purchasing and production processes as we grow What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in purchasing, production coordination, or sourcing, ideally in apparel, merch, promotional products, or print/product manufacturing Working knowledge of blank apparel, sizing breakdowns, and the screen printing/decoration process Experience managing many orders and projects at once without dropping details Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with an ERP or order management system is a plus Highly organized, follow-up minded, and calm when timelines get tight (tour season is real)Clear, professional communicator with vendors and internal teams Passion for music and artist culture is a big plus Why Elevate Work behind the scenes on merch for major touring artists Learn the full supply chain of music merch, from sourcing to the fan's front doorA small, fast-moving team where your work is seen and matters
