As a Home Care Director, you will lead the daily operations and growth of the home care location. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, employee development, and business growth. This position will build strong relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and the community while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture. Join our team and inspire happiness in the lives of others!What You'll Do:Direct and oversee the daily operations, budgets, and performance goals of the locationPromote a positive, accountable, and collaborative work environmentMonitor operational and financial performance to improve efficiency and profitability.Oversee scheduling, billing, payroll, documentation, and administrative functions.Support ongoing caregiver training and professional developmentRecruit, train, coach, and develop staff and caregiversDevelop and implement strategies to grow referrals, clients, and market presenceBuild and maintain strong referral partnerships with hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, social workers, and other referral sourcesParticipate in community events, networking opportunities, and outreach activitiesLeverage digital marketing, social media, and community engagement initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and market growth.Track referral activity, marketing initiatives, and business developmentPartner with leadership on strategic growth initiativesMaintain accurate records and documentationPromote quality care, safety, and continuous improvementBuild strong relationships with residents, families, caregivers and community partnersMonitor resident satisfaction and caregiver retention and implement improvements as neededWhat You'll Bring To The Team:Associates degree requiredBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferredFive or more years of leadership experience in home care, healthcare, senior services, staffing, operations, sales, marketing or a related fieldSuccess leading teams, managing operations and driving business growthExperience building referral relationships and supporting community outreach preferredStrong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilitiesStrong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExperience managing budgets and operational performanceUnderstanding of business development, marketing, and customer service practicesCommitment to serving seniors and supporting caregiversBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not requiredExperience with social media and digital marketing platformsValid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and required insuranceAbility to travel locally and regionally as neededThe above description reflects the details considered necessary to describe the essential functions of the job and should not be construed as a detailed description of all the work requirements that may be performed in the job.The same way we treat our employees is how we treat all applicants – with respect.
