About the role

Portage Point Partners is seeking a Vice President, TAS SALT to lead tax diligence for private equity sponsors, lenders, and corporate clients. You will oversee buy-side/sell-side work, post-closing integration, and OCFO support while mentoring junior staff. Located in a high-performance, fast-moving environment, you will help build the TAS practice with emphasis on tax exposures, reporting, and branding initiatives across multiple client engagements.
