Description The Business Office Manager works under the direction of the Executive Director and is responsible for the maintenance of financial records and the management of accounts receivables. This Business Office Manager interacts with third-party payers, Medicare, Medicaid along with all pertinent collections processes. The position oversees, safeguards and controls the resident funds by managing and reconciling the resident trust. The Business OfficeManager is also responsible for managing private pay collections and interacting with residents and responsible parties regarding resident payments.
