This Business Office Manager interacts with third-party payers, Medicare, Medicaid along with all pertinent collections processes. The position oversees, safeguards and controls the resident funds by managing and reconciling the resident trust. The Business OfficeManager is also responsible for managing private pay collections and interacting with residents and responsible parties regarding resident payments.
