About the role
Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage executive to lead and elevate the dining program across all Spectrum communities. Reporting to the COO, you will set standards for culinary quality, resident satisfaction, and financial performance while partnering with the Corporate Executive Chef.
You will manage a portfolio-wide F&B program, develop menus, lead budgeting, coach teams, and ensure compliance with regulations in senior living dining.
