Front Desk Receptionist Be the first smile our patients see. Here at Associated Endodontics, we believe exceptional patient care begins the moment someone walks through our doors. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping people, and love being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you!
Schedule:
Monday-Friday (5 days/week); 8am-4pmWhat You'll DoWelcome patients with warmth and professionalism Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify insurance and assist with patient paperwork Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience Manage daily administrative tasks to keep the office running efficiently
What We're Looking For:
- Min. of 6 month of Dental Receptionist experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping others
- Comfortable using computers and learning practice management software
