The Husband & Wife Law Team is seeking a Closing Team Lead to guide the Closing team, ensure quality review, and support daily operations in Phoenix. This hands-on leadership role coaches staff, resolves workflow issues, and partners with the Closing Manager to ensure timely, accurate closures. Ideal candidates bring strong knowledge of legal closing workflows, experience coaching teams, and a proactive, confidentiality-minded approach.
