Basic understanding of facility management systems. Basic understanding of Visitor Management Systems.This candidate is on a 9/80 schedule. They will work 9-hour days and have every other Friday off. September 25th is the first Friday off. Looking for an independent, tactful, and professional Administrative Assistant. Space Vehicles is a dynamic office seeking a temporary administrative assistant. Responsibilities include reception activities such as greeting and checking-in visitors and directing phone calls, arranging conference rooms and refreshments for meetings, sorting and distributing mail, supporting new hire onboarding activities, maintaining office and kitchen inventory, managing conference room calendars in Microsoft Outlook, and other administrative support activities. Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, particularly Microsoft Outlook. Must be able to work independently, but also be a positive, collaborative member of the team. Administrative Assistance experience preferred. This is a temp role that is covering a leave of absence Pay rate is [Redacted]/hr.
