About the role

RiseBoro’s Housing Navigator, Home 4 Good, will serve as an instrumental liaison between landlord partners and homelessness programs and supportive social services. They will screen, assess and refer clients for self-sufficiency and economic empowerment programs to promote housing stability upon relocation, as well as anti-eviction programs, financial assistance or charitable donations to resolve issues with rental arrears.
