About the role

To support a dynamic team, the full-time Colorado Licensed Insurance Agent will develop client relationships, provide tailored insurance solutions, and contribute to agency growth while working in a hybrid remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing personalized insurance solutions Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options Market insurance products through various channels, including outside sales efforts and community engagement Required qualifications Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred; retail sales experience is a plus Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills across diverse client backgrounds Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions effectively Ability to negotiate confidently while maintaining professionalism and integrity A valid insurance license may be required based on state regulations; willingness to obtain necessary certifications is essential
