About the role

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a sales associate to uphold our service standards and help customers find the right footwear. You will lead by example, meet sales and work goals, and process transactions accurately at the POS. You’ll maintain merchandise presentation, stay aware of promotions, and support store operations including stock, cleanliness, and loss prevention. Strong interpersonal, communication, and math skills are essential, with prior retail experience preferred.
