About the role

Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Remote / Work From Home - But must be local to one of the following offices: Pittsburgh, PA; Wilmington, DE; Camp Hill, PA; or Parkersburg, WV. Must reside within a 45-minute commute from the office. We are seeking professional, empathetic, and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to support members and healthcare providers in a high-volume call center environment. This is a fast-paced, high-energy position ideal for someone who communicates well, enjoys helping others, and can confidently manage customer conversations while providing accurate and compassionate service.
What You'll Do: Receive inbound calls from both members and healthcare providers Assist callers with questions regarding claims status, eligibility, benefits, and related healthcare information Navigate multiple computer systems while actively assisting callers Provide professional, accurate, and empathetic customer service Effectively manage and guide conversations while maintaining a positive caller experience Adapt quickly to changing information, procedures, and priorities Utilize the Avaya phone system; training will be provided
What We're Looking For: High school diploma or GED required Previous customer service experience required Call center experience strongly preferred Health insurance or healthcare call center experience is a plus Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills Ability to demonstrate empathy while maintaining control of the conversation Professional, dependable, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply Schedule Candidates must be available to work any shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM and must be open to working the 11:30 AM–8:00 PM daily shift.
