About the role
To acquire new allied healthcare clients, the full-time Inside Sales Client Representative will contact and develop relationships with prospective and current clients through cold calling and various marketing sources while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Contacts new and existing clients to solicit business and responds to inquiries regarding allied services
Maintains and updates client database and job profiles while negotiating contract rates and facilitating interviews between clients and providers
Documents client interactions and ensures completion of quality improvement information, meeting all activity and production goals set by management
Required qualifications:
Minimum of one year experience in the direct sales of professional products or services
Ability to accurately manipulate information utilizing a large-scale database system
Effective negotiation skills and the ability to understand professional service needs and client practice
Experience successfully influencing mid to high-level decision makers for contracting professional business services
College-level education or equivalent work experience preferred
