Job Description:
  • Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
  • Work on intellectual property disputes involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and technology-related matters
  • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case development
  • Participate in client communications and manage case responsibilities with increasing autonomy
Qualifications:
  • Active bar license in the applicable state 2+ years of litigation experience 1+ year of intellectual property law experience, preferably IP litigation
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
