About the role
Clinical Specialist - We’re looking for a passionate Clinical Specialist to join our growing team and help bring an innovative medical technology to the forefront of patient care. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in critical care and cardiopulmonary health who thrives on disrupting traditional practices and improving clinical outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
Support new technology implementation across hospitals and clinical sites Provide hands-on training to physicians, nurses, and clinical educators Champion a modern approach to managing critically ill patients Conduct needs assessments and deliver a tailored educational program Act as a clinical resource and advocate for best practices Foster exceptional user experience and adherence through ongoing support Partner closely with sales to acquire new accounts and increase adoption
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of critical care/emergency medicine/telemetry/step-down 2+ years of experience as a field-based clinical specialist for a medical device company Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or higher Ability to travel within the assigned territory Technologically savvy, highly autonomous, and goal-oriented Exceptional communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills Comp Base $100k + $70k bonus - $170k OTE
