About the role

Cleveland Canvass | Cleveland, OH | Full-Time | On-Site Marketing starts with getting someone's attention. The rest starts with a conversation. At Cleveland Canvass, those conversations happen face-to-face. We're expanding our Cleveland team and looking for a Marketing Communications Associate to represent client campaigns directly in the community, connecting with customers and turning campaign messaging into real engagement and results. You'll spend your day meeting people, introducing campaigns, answering questions, understanding customer interest, and supporting new customer acquisition. This is hands-on marketing. You'll see firsthand how people respond to different messages, learn how to adapt your communication to different audiences, and develop the confidence to represent campaigns effectively. Along the way, you'll build experience across customer engagement, sales, campaign communication and performance supported by regular coaching and feedback from the team. What comes with the opportunity? Weekly base pay + performance-based earnings, full training from day one, one-to-one coaching, opportunities to travel, and the chance to take on greater responsibility as your performance develops. We don't have one particular resume in mind. You could be coming from retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, events, or looking to move into marketing from a completely different background. What matters is that you communicate well, enjoy interacting with people, take feedback seriously, and are motivated to improve. Full-Time | Cleveland, OH | On-SiteThis is a fully in-person position involving direct customer engagement. Remote and hybrid arrangements aren't available. If you're ready to put your communication skills to work and build from there, apply today.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
