Administrative AssistantJoin us as an Administrative Assistant and you can expect a competitive salary of $40,000 to $55,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401k plan.We are currently seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team at CWF Restoration.Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems. Salesforce experience preferred.Prepare and distribute internal communications, and reports as required.Collaborate with different departments to support their administrative needs.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.The ideal candidate for an Administrative Assistant position possesses a combination of essential skills, qualities, and experience.
