Job Description: Inventory Specialist/Order Picker
Pay Rate: $21.50hrSchedule: Training Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PMPermanent Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our warehouse team for our client in Aurora. This role is ideal for someone with strong order-picking experience who is looking to grow into a specialized inventory position. The selected candidate will receive extensive training and will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy while supporting multiple warehouse departments.
Responsibilities: Perform cycle counts and bin audits to ensure inventory accuracy. Maintain and organize inventory records. Assist with inventory cleanup and reconciliation projects. Pick and pack customers accurately and efficiently. Support Returns, Quality Control, and Receiving departments as needed. Process returns and assists with parts inventory. Communicate with operations teams and lead via email and phone.
