About the Role: The Company is in search of a Market President to lead one of the Midwest's premier media markets. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, strategic, and revenue-driven executive with a proven track record in media, advertising, or a related industry. As the senior leader for the market, the Market President will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing talent, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a leader who can foster a high-performance culture, create innovative marketing solutions, and build strong client partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community involvement, client success, and employee development, and will be adept at balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
