About the role

Omni Remodeling is scaling from $14M to $100M by 2036, and this seat owns the financial discipline that makes that growth possible. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Controller runs month-end close, cash forecasting, general ledger integrity, and accounting operations, including direct oversight of the AP/AR Specialist and Payroll Specialist. The right person is: Hands-on. Owns the work directly, from reconciliations to close, not just reviews someone else's. Analytical. Turns financial data into decisions leadership can act on. Process-driven. Builds the systems that let close run the same way every month as the company scales. Accountable. Meets deadlines and closes the loop without being chased.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
