About the role
Leading a team of technical and business development resources, the full-time remote Technical PreSales Manager will enable channel partners to effectively position and deliver the Intelligence Center X product suite while supporting channel sales representatives to achieve revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Establish the team's vision and operating model, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
Design repeatable engagement frameworks for partner enablement and co-sell support, ensuring clear criteria for team involvement
Build durable partnerships with internal teams and manage the partner onboarding-to-productivity journey
Required Qualifications
Proven people-leadership experience in presales, solutions consulting, or partner enablement
Demonstrated ability to operate in a matrixed, multi-stakeholder environment
Experience with channel/partner sales motions and an understanding of partner economics
Ability to build scalable programs and operating models rather than delivering individual engagements
Technical credibility across enterprise software to earn respect from teams and partners
