About the role

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our US B2B sales efforts from our Irvine, CA office. You will develop and execute strategy, manage key retailer relationships, and drive growth across national retail channels. You will lead a high-performing team, align with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, and own revenue targets through new brand launches, assortment expansion, and optimized trade programs. Strong leadership and a track record in beauty/CPG preferred.
