Comrise is seeking an HR Generalist with a focus on benefits administration and total rewards. The role administers medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and employer sponsorship, and leads annual enrollment with vendor coordination and audits. You will handle daily benefits transactions, COBRA, and leave management while ensuring compliance with US regulations. You will also participate in compensation processes, market benchmarking, and merit cycles, maintaining accurate HRIS
