What You'll Do:
Perform camera inspections of drains and main sewer lines Follow Cranney's step-by-step Nexstar training and sales process Identify customer needs and provide professional repair and replacement options Build accurate estimates and clearly explain available solutions to customers Provide a professional, consultative sales experience from start to finish Follow up with customers within 24 hours of completing the jobto ensure they are satisfied with the work and address any concerns How We Measure Success
Success in this role is based on bothsales performance and customer satisfaction, including:50% Conversion Goal Accurate and consistentjob costing and estimate building 20% Gross Margin Goal Consistently delivering 5-star customer service Strong customer communication and follow-up Consistent adherence to Cranney's sales and service processes
