Seeking an experienced Planner to work full-time, 40 hours/week. Responsibilities include review of all land development applications, and preparation of reports, plan updates and zoning ordinances. Serves as staff for the Planning and Zoning Boards and attends all meetings. Supervises the functions of the Zoning Officer and Planning and Zoning Board Secretary. Applicants must have a degree in land use planning, urban planning, or a related field from an accredited four‑year college or university, plus a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in land use planning including supervisory experience. Certification as a licensed Professional Planner in the state of New Jersey (NJPP) required and certification by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) preferred. Must possess a valid NJ driver’s license. Salary: $125K-$145K/annual DOQ.
