About the role
Mercury is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across its GTM organization, from sourcing to close, for Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Partnerships. You will partner with GTM leaders and hiring managers to define roles, run searches end to end, and improve recruiting processes as the team grows.
