Job Title: Product Manager – Banking / Financial Services Remote Role Fulltime/W2 with Infinite Computer Solutions We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong Banking, Financial Services, Digital Payments, and Fin Tech expertise to drive product strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and successful product launches. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AP/AR products, partner management, and the risk and compliance landscape within financial services.
Key Responsibilities: Own and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with business and customer objectives. Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) and product launch planning, including launch strategy, positioning, readiness, and stakeholder alignment. Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and other stakeholders to deliver products successfully. Identify market opportunities and translate customer and business needs into product requirements and priorities. Manage relationships with Fin Tech vendors, technology providers, and strategic partners. Define product KPIs and use market, customer, and business data to drive product decisions. Ensure products meet applicable risk, fraud, regulatory, security, and compliance requirements. Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to identify potential product risks and implement appropriate controls. Monitor product performance, customer adoption, market trends, and competitive developments. Drive continuous product improvements based on customer feedback and business outcomes.
Skills & Experience: Required 5+ years of Product Management experience within Banking, Financial Services, Payments, or Fin Tech. Strong experience with Digital Payments and a solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) products and workflows. Proven experience owning Product Strategy and Roadmaps from concept through launch and ongoing optimization. Hands-on experience with Go-to-Market strategy and Product Launch Planning. Experience managing Fin Tech vendors, third-party providers, and strategic technology partners. Strong understanding of payment products, financial workflows, and digital financial services. Knowledge of risk management, fraud prevention, regulatory, and compliance considerations within banking and payments. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience launching digital payment or Fin Tech products in a banking environment. Experience working with payment processors, Fin Tech platforms, or banking technology providers. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
